Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness (HMEP) Tribal Grants: PHMSA, through the DOT, requests applications from federally recognized tribes and tribal nonprofit organizations representing federally recognized tribes to provide assistance to public sector employees through training and planning grants for emergency response.
