Hiv/Aids Prevention Through Abstinence and Behavior Change for Youth: USAID is pleased to announce the Annual Program Statement (APS) on Abstinence and Faithfulness for HIV Prevention in Youth will be reissued o/a February 17, 2004. The APS will replace in full the present APS No. M/OP-04-190, HIV Prevention through Abstinence and Behavior Change for Youth, issued on November 26, 2003. USAID is in the process of revising the APS to ensure clarity and efficiency. Organizations who submitted unsuccessful concept papers or unsuccessful full proposals for the first round, and those who have already submitted new concept papers for the second round, must resubmit again to be considered under the new APS.
