Increasing Capacity and Quality of Strategic Information, Prevention, Treatment, and Human Resources for Health Related to HIV, TB, STIs, and Other Diseases in the Dominican Republic under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR): The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) aims to build upon and enhance past and current activities to reach the goals of increased Ministry of Health (MOH) ownership, accountability, and capacity to manage the HIV national response, and reduced HIV morbidity and mortality in the Dominican Republic).
