Limited Competition: Collaborative Partnership to Advance Global Biomedical Research Programs (U01): The purpose of this FOA is to enhance global health through the establishment and maintenance of a successful collaborative partnership to advance biomedical research, research training, research capacity enhancement, and other research-related NIH activities.
