Management of Exotics for the Recovery of Endangered Species: Request for Proposals for the Management of Exotics for Recovery of Endangered Species (MERES) habitat restoration program, Federal fiscal year 2006. This program was established to encourage partners to collaborate with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in habitat restoration to benefit endangered species. The focus area for MERES FY06 is the Middle Rio Grande watershed, New Mexico (watershed between Cochiti Dam and headwaters of Elephant Butte Reservoir).
