Migratory Bird Joint Ventures Midwest Region FY 2010 Opportunities: The Migratory Bird Joint Ventures in the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Midwest Region include the eastern Prairie Pothole Joint Venture, and the Upper Mississippi River and Great Lakes Region Joint Venture.
