Ministry of Women's Affairs Organizational Restructuring and Empowerment (MORE): The Ministry of Women's Affairs Restructuring and Empowerment (MORE) project will strengthen the capacity of the Ministry of Women's Affairs (MOWA) to conduct its mandated functions, including policy advocacy on behalf of Afghan women, conducting outreach and public awareness campaigns, providing technical advice to other ministries for implementing the National Action Plan for the Women of Afghanistan (NAPWA) and monitoring that implementation.
