Monitor Endangered Least Bell's Vireo at San Joaquin River NWR: Dependant upon funding availability. Major riparian restoration efforts (900+ acres) have been ongoing at this Refuge since 2001 and there are expectations tht in the next few years this habitat will attract additional pairs of Least Bell's Vireo and perhaps yellow Billed Cuckcoo. Monitor riparian restration sites by establishing avian point count survey routes to encompass the majority of these areas.
