National Heritage Area Program Technical Assistance Projects: This announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service's intention to award financial assistance for the following project activities without competition. The HDP will: 1. Use funds, subject to their availability, made available under subsequent task agreement to this cooperative agreement to support the NHA Program in the Northeast Region in a manner consistent with the NPS criteria and standards. 2. Work with NPS to develop and provide training programs, resource materials, and other information for national heritage area staff, partner organizations, friends groups, and NPS regional and park personnel. 3. Use funds provided by NPS to complete projects as outlined in future Work plans and Budgets. 4. Provide reports to the NPS Northeast Region's NHA Program on progress and report on the final findings of work associated with the various projects as outlined in the work plans.
