National Park Service - Ecological Effects of Magnesium Chloride as a Dust Suppressant: This action will result in a task agreement award under the National Park Service Colorado Plateau Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU). This is a notice of intent and a noncompetitive award IAW DOI 505 DM 2.12C. The NPS will work with Utah State University to design and conduct a field study to investigate the ecological effects of using magnesium chloride as a dust suppressant
