OVW Fiscal Year 2023 Training and Services to End Abuse in Later Life Program - Solicitation: This program is authorized by 34 U.S.C. § 12421. The Training and Services to End Abuse in Later Life Program (Abuse in Later Life Program) (CFDA # 16.528) supports a comprehensive approach to addressing abuse in later life, including domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, neglect, abandonment, economic abuse, or willful harm committed against victims who are 50 years of age or older (hereinafter "older victims"). What's New About this OVW Program Eligibility: Population specific organizations no longer have to demonstrated experience in assisting individuals over 50 years of age. Grantees proposing to provide legal services must submit legal assistance certification with their strategic plan.
