Off-Highway Vehicle Education and Management: The program involves multiple aspects of the management of recreational off-highway vehicle (OHV) use on lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management. The awardee will provide expertise in a variety of areas that will result in higher quality recreational experiences for OHV riders and improved resource protection on BLM managed lands. The recreational use of OHVs on BLM managed lands is a legitimate use of these lands that is one aspect of BLM's multiple-use land management mandate. This agreement will support the BLM's mission to provide high quality, sustainable motorized recreation experiences. Any specific performance requirements will be determined as funding becomes available.
