Additional Information on Eligibility
Eligible applicants that can apply for this funding opportunity are listed below: CBOs that (1) are funded under CDC Program Announcement 04064 to deliver VOICES/VOCES; and (2) are not receiving supplements to their PA 04064 award to conduct evaluation - including funding for either the Innovative Interventions Project or the Adopting and Demonstrating the Adaptation of Prevention Techniques (ADAPT) project. Eligibility for this outcome monitoring project is limited to CBOs funded under PA 04064 because the purpose of the project is specifically to assess and improve the performance of these CBOs. These CBOs have already entered into a cooperative agreement with CDC that requires them to conduct certain activities that are necessary to participate in this project, such as implementing VOICES/VOCES according to CDC guidelines and collecting and submitting data through PEMS. CBOs participating in projects such as the Innovative Interventions Project or ADAPT are not eligible for this project because they are already receiving supplemental funds for evaluation
