Partnering for Impact in Guinea: This Annual Program Statement (APS) is designed to describe and provide a process through which organizations can work with USAID/Guinea and the private sector and/or Non U.S. Non-Governmental Organization to build an Alliance that: a) address important business or community interests and objectives, b) advance USAID's strategic priorities and objectives; and c) achieve sustainable development outcomes, results and impact.
