•Must be a local non-profit organization (NGO), educational institution, or US-based NGO with a joint venture, consortium or partnership based in Peru. Applicants must be registered in-country or submit proof that they are seeking registration in Peru at the time of proposal submission. Applicant must also comply with all local laws (e.g. labor, taxes, etc.) Public International Organizations and Commercial firms based in Peru excluded.
