This is just an announcement that this recipient has already been selected for the work outlined in the attachment. As such,
RECIPIENT INVOLVEMENT
B. The Old North Foundation agrees to:
1. Preserve, protect, operate, and maintain, including the payment of all utilities, the Old North Church facility in a manner consistent with the NPS mission and the mission of the Old North Foundation and prevailing professional standards.
2. Provide for public access to all public portions of the Old North Church facility at reasonable times for a reasonable admission fee.
3. Continue to provide monthly attendance figures to Boston National Historical Park staff.
4. Grant the NPS right of access to the Old North Church at all reasonable times for the purposes outlined in this agreement.
5. Solicit suggestions from the NPS regarding changes to the visitor experience at the Old North Church facility.
6. Develop an annual budget for the operation and maintenance of the Old North Church facility and make it available to the NPS, prior to the commencement of the partner site’s fiscal year, as consistent with its bylaws.
7. Identify Old North Church as a legislated partner site of Boston National Historical Park and cooperate with NPS in developing interpretive markers, signs, exhibits, and media outside of the Old North Church and on the Old North Church web site as mutually acceptable to the parties.
8. Provide information to NPS for the annual call for projects for the preservation, protection, rehabilitation, restoration, and interpretation of the Old North Church facility.
9. Provide scope and estimate for projects including any information from architectural/engineering studies and/or reports done by Old North Foundation that will inform the formulation of projects.
