Promotion of Information Communication Technologies (ICT) for Civic Engagement: The United States Government, as represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Russia, is seeking applications (proposals for assistance funding) from U.S. non-governmental and non-U.S. non-governmental organizations, for implementation of the Promotion of Information Communication Technologies (ICT) for Civic Engagement Project. The three-year project is designed to increase the use of information communication technologies by civic actors and subnational governments in Russia for broader and more efficient civic engagement. The program contains three components.This RFA was amended on May 19, 2011 to attach a document providing USAID's answers to questions received. The RFA was also amended on May 26, 2011 to provide clarification on the submission procedures for applications to multiple components via grants.gov.
