Public Health Conference Support Program: CDC?s Procurement and Grants Office has published a funding announcement entitled, ?National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Conference Support Program.? $2,000,000 [this amount is an estimate, and subject to the availability of funds] will be available in fiscal year 2005 to fund approximately 40 to 50 awards.
