Quinnapica River Aquatic Restoration: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. This Notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. This is a notice of intent to award a Cooperative Agreement between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Connecticut Fund for the Environment for the purpose of restoring diadromous fish to the Quinnipiac River options to provide fish passage at the Carpenters and Clarks Brothers Dams under the authority CFDA 15.658 Natural Resource Damage Assessment, Restoration and Implementation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505DM2, paragraph 2.14 (B) (4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
