Region 6 Migratory Bird Joint Ventures - SD Dept. of Game, Fish and Parks: The tasks to be performed under this agreement are as follows: Initiate wildlife extension, technical assistance, and education efforts that encourage private landowners to improve wildlife habitate and soil and wateer conservation practices on private land; and protect, enhance, or restore wetland and grassland wildlife habitat throughout the PPJV portion of South Dakota. This Single Source Award is being made in accordance with Department of the Interior Policy 505 DM 2.14 B #4 Unique Qualifications which allows for award without competition to an applicant. The applicant is uniquely qualified to perform the activity based upon a variety of demonstrable factors such as location, property ownership, voluntary support capacity, cost-sharing ability, if applicable, technical expertise, or other such unique qualifications.
