Resource Conservation Challenge Program: 2006 Solicitation: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 4 is soliciting proposals for Cooperative Agreements that address the Resource Conservation Challenge national priorities in Region 4 of increasing the national municipal solid waste recycling/diversion rate to 35%; industrial materials recycling, priority chemical reduction; and electronics-green initiatives. NOTE: Priority will be given to projects that result in measurable results in the form of pounds/tons recycled, diverted and/or reduced, specifically municipal solid waste, paper and organics.
