Ripple Effect: Lift a Girl, Raise a Generation: U.S. Consulate General Chiang Mai announces the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for a new program whose goal is to provide high school educational opportunities for underprivileged Thai girls who would otherwise be unable to attend.
