Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part B AIDS Drug Assistance Program Training and Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreement: The Health Resources and Services Administration, HIV/AIDS Bureau is accepting applications for fiscal year (FY) 2014 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part B and ADAP Training and Technical Assistance. The purpose of this grant program is to provide technical assistance to Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part B grantees on developing and maintaining comprehensive systems of care, integrated planning, monitoring subgrantees, and Affordable Care Act (ACA) implementation and to provide technical assistance to ADAPs on the implementation of cost-containment strategies, financial modeling, waitlist management, and ACA implementation.
