SMART-NAS Test Bed for Safe, Trajectory-Based Operation Project: Amendment 10 to the NASA ARMD Research Opportunities in Aeronautics (ROA) 2015 NRA has been posted on the NSPIRES site. This release includes a topic in Appendix B.3 in support of the SMART-NAS Test Bed for Safe, Trajectory-‐Based Operation Project. This amendment seeks proposals that address elements of the three Technical Challenges: 1. SMART-‐NAS Test Bed 2. Regional TBO (Emerging Technical Challenge) and 3. Safe Avionics and ATM Future Evolution (SAAFE) NOIs are due December 15, 2015 and proposals are due January 15, 2016.
