Semitropic Phase II Groundwater Banking Project: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a Single Source for a Grant Agreement to , Semitropic Water Storage District under the authority of CFDA 15.507, Omnibus Appropriations Act, 2009 (H.R. 1105; Public Law 111-8) DIVISION C ENERGY AND WATER DEVELOPMENT AND RELATED AGENCIES APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2009, page 642 for the following program: Semitropic Phase II Groundwater Banking Project. The purpose of this program is for the planning, designing, constructing and implementation of the project improvements as well as the continued operation of the Semitropic Groundwater Bank. Period of performance is from the date of award to September 30, 2014. Estimated award date: on or about September 30, 2009. Estimated total award amount: $917,000.00. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this announcement.
