State of the Art and Practice in Earthquake Induced Soil Liquefaction Assessment Study: Notice of Intent to Award funds under a non-competitive status, based on unique qualifications to the National Academy of Sciences to undertake actions. The NAS/NRC, in accordance with its Congressional Charter, provides independent, unbiased scientific and technical advice without perceived interference or management of findings and recommendations.
