Strategic Communications for Community Resilience in Mozambique: The United States Embassy in Mozambique announces a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to conduct audience analysis and work with local influencers to design targeted strategic communications interventions in northern Mozambique. Subject to the availability of funds,the Embassy intends to issue one cooperative agreement of up to $500,000 for a program period of up to 24 months. The anticipated start date for this activity is October 1, 2019. U.S. Embassy Mozambique reserves the right to fund any or none of the proposals submitted and reserves the right to reduce, revise, or increase the budget in accordance with the needs of the project and the availability of funds.
