Strengthen the Capacity of Republican Narcology Center of Kyrgyzstan on Practical Applications of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Programs under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR): The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $500,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds. This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) will support the Republican Narcology Center (RNC) of Kyrgyzstan, with overarching goals to increase access to and quality of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for people who inject drugs (PWID); increase enrollment and retention in antiretroviral therapy (ART); and increase rates of viral suppression of people living with HIV (PLHIV) PWID. The NOFO will also strengthen the promotion and active linkage of PWID enrolled at ART and TB sites to MAT services; expand integrated MAT and ART service delivery; expand MAT for PWID populations in prison; and deliver targeted demand creation for MAT.
