Strengthening Delivery of Quality and Equitable Public Health Services for Prevention, Testing, Care, and Treatment of HIV in Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago under PEPFAR: The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $4,500,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds.This NOFO is intended to deliver quality and equitable public health services for HIV prevention, testing, care, and treatment to reach UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets in Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago. Efforts plan to address HIV prevention, case finding, linkage, retention, and viral suppression gaps with a focus on key and priority populations. Integrated support to increase the uptake of HIV testing, strengthen linkage to care, improve retention on antiretroviral therapy (ART) and increase viral load coverage and suppression among people living with HIV (PLHIV) is key.
