Student Scientists Series: STUDENT SCIENTIST SERIES
SeaPERCH ROV Program The Student Scientist Series is a program designed to generate excitement around the fields of science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEaM). The Series provides studentfocused STEaM education as an innovative science based program that provides students, grades 6-12, with training and skills needed to build an underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) and apply it to real world issues. Throughout the project, students will learn engineering concepts, problem solving skills, teamwork, and design applications. Students will also learn about STEaM career
opportunities.
