Supplemental for Amtrak FY 2016 Capital and Debt Service and Americans with Disabilities Act Grant: Pursuant to the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2016 (P.L. 114-113), the Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $2,000,000 to cover Capital and American Disabilities Act (ADA) expenses until December 31, 2018 or all funds have been expended.
