Support for International Family Planning and Health Organizations (SIFPO) 2: Sustainable Networks: The purpose of this Annual Program Statement (APS) is to publicize United States Government (USG) plans to fund a limited number of awards through USAID/Washington to increase access to and use of high quality, affordable family planning and other health information, products and services by strengthening international family planning (FP) organizations and their respective family planning and reproductive health (FP/RH) and other health platforms.
