Additional Information on Eligibility
Limited to selected foreign governments based on consultation with WHO and identified needs to provide support for pandemic preparedness, surveillance and outbreaks of influenza in animals or humans or those who are judged at-risk of such outbreaks by HHS and the WHO Secretariat. Eligible applicants must have an active WHO National Influenza Center (NIC) recognized by the WHO Secretariat or must develop a plan or demonstrate intent towards fulfilling the terms of reference of a designation by WHO.
