Tanzania Presidents Office Regional Administration and Local Government (PORALG) Building Capacity for the Sub-national Implementation of the National Action Plan for Health Security (NAPHS): This NOFO supports implementation of programs and activities that focus on protecting and improving health globally and implementing the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) through partnership with Tanzania's President's Office Regional Administration and Local Government (PORALG). PORALG's mandate is the interpretation, operationalization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of health security policies, guidelines, and strategies at the sub-national level. PORALG coordinates the provision of health services and sector development with Regional Secretariats and Local Government Authorities.
