Technology to Reduce Refrigerant and Fuel Combustion Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Vehicle Air Conditioning: This notice announces the availability of funds and solicits applications to undertake efforts to develop and implement new technology to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the use of motor vehicle air conditioning.
