The Human BioMolecular Atlas Program (HuBMAP) Integration, Visualization and Engagement (HIVE) Initiative (OT2 Clinical Trials Not Allowed): The purpose of this Research Opportunity Announcement (ROA) is to establish the HuBMAP Integration, Visualization and Engagement (HIVE) Collaboratory that will 1) manage the data generated by the Consortium, 2) coordinate internal and external Consortium activities, 3) develop novel tools for visualizing, searching and modelling data and 4) build an atlas of tissue maps. The HIVE will be composed of four Components all of which are expected to work closely together to act as the unified backbone for HuBMAP. The HIVE is expected to work closely with the other funded projects as part of the HuBMAP Consortium to catalyze development of a framework for mapping the human body with high spatial resolution. An application may propose only one Component. However, a coordinated set of separate applications, each describing a separate Component but with a common vision, can be proposed.
