This RFI solicits feedback from manufacturers, minority owned businesses, academia, research laboratories, government agencies, State and local officials, labor unions, Tribes, community-based organizations (CBOs), and other stakeholders on issues related to design and implementation of the manufacturing conversion program. This is solely a request for information and not a funding opportunity. DOE is not accepting applications for funding.
