Translational Application of Gene Silencing Strategies to Oral and Craniofacial Disorders (R21): -Purpose. This funding opportunity announcement (FOA) solicits Exploratory/Developmental (R21) grant applications from applicant organizations that propose to apply simple genetic interventions (RNA interference or other oligonucleotide-based methods for modifying gene expression) to research projects focused on the prevention and treatment of oral and craniofacial disorders and diseases. -Mechanism of Support.
