USAID's Facilitating Impact that Lasts for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (FILOVC) Local Activity in Mozambique: The overall goal of the activity is to “improve the health of children and adolescents highly vulnerable to and/or significantly impacted by Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) in Mozambique.” The focus of the program will be on identifying and supporting children highly vulnerable to HIV acquisition, children and adolescents living with HIV (C/ALHIV), and children impacted by HIV-related morbidity or mortality among one or more primary caregivers.The purpose of amendment 1 is to:1. Extend the closing date for Applications to April 4, 2022 10:00 am (Maputo Time);2. Issue responses to questions from potential applicants;3. Included language in the RFA that all budgets for the Prime applicant and subs as well as SF 424 forms budgets must be in U.S. Dollars; and4. Provide the RFA 72065622RFA00005 with highlighted areas that have been revised.
