Upper Salmon Basin Habitat Improvement Planning and Coordination: 1. Completion of 4 reach assessments and final reports for the Lemhi, Pahsimeroi, and Upper Salmon rivers. 2. Identification, prioritization, and development of projects in the Upper Salmon Basin. 3. Further development and refinement of analytical tools, including but not limited to, fish-habitat models to evaluate reach level carrying capacity. 4. Habitat Monitoring coordination. 5. The collection, management, analysis and sharing of data to facilitate additional reach assessments in the Upper Salmon Basin and to make current biological and geomorphic tools more easily applied to projects. 6. Efforts to enhance landowner coordination, outreach, and coordination of technical efforts in the Upper Salmon Basin
