Visitor Facility Enhancements - Refuges and Wildlife: The purpose of this project is to provide technical and financial assistance to identify, protect, conserve, manage, enhance, or restore the ecological condition of the National Wildlife Refuge System (NWRS) trust resources through work on and off NWRS lands and is authorized under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act of 1934.
