Voluntary Diesel Retrofit Program Technology Demonstration Assistance Agreements for Stationary Source Diesel Engines: The purpose of this award is to investigate the application of specific emissions controls and/or emissions reduction measures for existing stationary source diesel engines. As part of the existing Voluntary Diesel Retrofit Program, EPA established a technology review process to review, test and approve the emissions reduction potential of various pollution control strategies that can be installed on existing diesel vehicles.
