Westfield Wild and Scenic River Assistance: This is NOT a request for applications. This is just public notice that the NPS and the Westfield State Foundation, Inc. have entered into a cooperative agreement for work on the Westfield Wild and Scenic River Assistance. Specifically, they will: 1. Provide funding in the amount of $105,000 to support the projects identified in the FY18 Work Plan and Budget.2. Coordinate the projects under this Agreement, in implementation of projects envisioned in the Westfield River Wild and Scenic Stewardship Plan and described further in this Agreement.3. Provide technical assistance in the development and implementation of projects selected under this Agreement to ensure that the purposes of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act are being met and adhered to.4. Participate in the Committee and its subcommittees which shall oversee the projects selected to advance the purposes of this Agreement and implementation of the Plan.5. Participate in the development and implementation of projects selected under this Agreement to ensure that funds shall be utilized for Plan implementation.
