Wetland Design and Restoration Assistance. Successful applicants will provide technical assistance necessary to develop and implement wetland restoration plans, while at the same time improve and protect wetland habitat: The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is requesting proposals from qualified applicants share a common interest in the conservation and restoration of wetland resources throughout Louisiana. Successful applicants will provide technical assistance in the design and implementation of Wetland restoration. Performance may include any part or all operations necessary to perform engineering surveys, prelminary and final engineering designs, quality control, inspection and all construction management activities for various wetland restoration and conservation practices in accordance with NRCS standards and specifications.
