Women in CHIPS Initiative: To create a professional network and community of practice to advance women working in strategic trade, specifically in the semiconductor industry, through sustained mentorship, technical training and focused workshops, and a study tour. The Women in CHIPS concept seeks to increase representation of women in the public and private sectors of the semiconductor industry. This will expand upon ECC’s Women in Strategic Trade Initiative (WiST), which aims to increase representation of women in leadership positions, key functional areas, scientific and technical (STEM) fields, and other key stakeholder arenas.
