The DOE-ID procurement services office intends to award to this entity, providing justification for sole source in accordance with FAR 6.303-2 as explained in Subpart 13.5. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
