2020 CTR Securing WMD Expertise at Higher Education Institutions: CTR seeks to enhance the capacity of higher education institutions to prevent the transfer of sensitive technology to proliferator states, such as the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Iran, the People's Republic of China (PRC), Russia, and Syria. Specifically, CTR seeks proposals for programmatic activities that will help academic institutions control access to proliferation-sensitive research and equipment, and establish processes for the comprehensive vetting of students, faculty, researchers, and beneficiaries of research grants in WMD-applicable fields.
