- Grant Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a grant agreement to Henry Miller Reclamation District #2131 on the following program: Arroyo Canal Fish Screen and Sack Dam Fish Passage Project. The purpose of this project is to implement Phase I and a portion of Phase II of the Memorandum of Undestanding between Reclamation and the Henry Miller Reclamation District #2131 for the Arroyo Canal Fish Screen and Sack Dam Fish Passage Project. The objective of the project is to provide the financial means for the Henry Miller Reclamation District #2131 to complete a portion of the environmental planning, documentation, permitting, and all of the engineering design for the Arroyo Canal Fish Screen and Sack Dam Fish Passage Project. These activities will directly support the future construction of the facilities. Refer to the Notice of Intent to Award announcement, R11AS20016, for additional information.
