Cherokee Nation The tribal applications must be from the tribal agency who will oversee the staff proposed in the grant, or the tribal applicants must demonstrate the active involvement of these agencies in the application materials. All recipients and subrecipients (including any for-profit organization) must forgo any profit or management fee.
