The curriculum is intended to provide knowledge, skills and values necessary for effective participation in community life, maintenance of good health, and knowledge and practice of skills relevant to the agro-ecosystem as they apply to everyday life. The life-skills curriculum will also reinforce language, math, science and critical thinking skills covered in the core basic education curriculum as students apply these skills to addressing problems faced in everyday life at school, at home and in the community.
